However, we understand that situations may arise where a refund request is necessary. This policy outlines our approach to refunds and the timelines involved.
Eligibility for Refund
Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

The services delivered were not as described or agreed upon in the initial scope of work.

The project has not yet commenced, and a formal cancellation request has been made in writing within 48 hours of payment.

Any technical or operational error on our part that prevents service delivery.
- Refund is processed with in 5-7 days working days.
Refunds are not applicable for:

Completed or partially completed projects.

Services that have already been delivered or where third-party costs (such as ad spends or hosting fees) have been incurred.

Delays caused by client-side dependencies (content, feedback, approvals, etc.).
